About Us

Lorde & Haven began as an idea in the English countryside. The name was decided upon while riding a horse through backroads in Oxfordshire and unanimously agreed upon with a shout in an London bar overlooking the Thames.

It is the goal of this blog and website to give a glimpse into the magic, beauty, truth, and goodness that the world still holds onto. It's to encourage others to share lovely things, inspire funny or brilliant conversations, and give you a new perspective that you might not have considered. 

We will continue to travel the world to bring you the best places to go, restaurants to visit, hotels to stay at, books to read, fashion to wear, trains to take, museums to explore, jewels to wear, and adventures to have.
